If you're talking about the auxiliary power output (cigarette lighter), in my 2003 accord its in the center console. I believe this is optional so yours may not have it.
If you're talking about the auxiliary input for the stereo, there isn't one easily accessible. There is an auxiliary input, but it's on the bottom of the stereo, so to access it you have to disassemble the dash and use a special device.

No there is no auxiliary port in Honda accord 2006 models. You have to install one from car toys or similar stores.
accord 2005 doesn't comes with a AUX input, you need to attached a AUX convertor or, may have to use the FM transmeter. check this out: http://wiki.openfi.org/index.php/Accord_(2005) In the back row of Honda Odyysey, on the left side aux locates in the box. You can use adapter to display any devices from ipod or other dvd player.

The AUX PWR (Accessory Power Outlet) fuse is in the Passenger's Side Instrument Panel Fuse Block. See page 5-98 of your "Owner's Manual" for location. Open passenger door, remove access cover, replace fuse.....

The aux plug is under the console lid next to the extra cigarette lighter outlet. It was a factory option, and most of them for this year are unequipped with it.
You either have a dead short to ground somewhere or the circuit is overloaded. It will take some detective work to locate the problem.
