On the passenger side of the car, on the under side of the dashboard.
To get to it or remove it:
#1 Remove the carpeting/interior soundproofing from under the dash on the passenger side.
#2 Look for a round assembly about 10" in diameter with wires going to the motor.
#3 Grab the motor housing firmly and rotate counter-clockwise until it "unscrews". This is just an inch or two of turning.
#4 Drop the motor and squirrel-cage asembly to the floor and unplug the electrical connection to it.
