Front passenger side of engine compartment just next to the radiator The a/c compressor is right beneath it. The charcoal canister is black plastic, square and has several plastic lines going to it.

the vent is thru the carbon canister. Mine was plugged. It is a black box located under the back bumper. It has the charcoal canister and purge valve in it.
