The control to blow it is on the steering wheel. As to where the horn itself is, open the hood and get someone to push the horn button; they're almost always near the bumper, but exactly where it is I couldn't tell you.

the horn is located under the passenger side fron fender there is a plastic inner fender that needs to be removed to access the horn
