Under the hood in the aux relay box number 1, it will be marked C1008 and its the larger of the two relays on the left side of the box........
The auxiliary relay box #2 is behind the right headlamp, under the air cleaner box.
The exact location of the Lincoln Navigator starter relay switch is dependent upon the year of the vehicle. The starter relay switch can be found in the fuse box. The exact location of the switch will be listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.
It is located on the passenger side behind the glove box. It has the relay that goes to the inertia switch (emergency fuel cut off switch).

my Mazda 1996 b4000 power window relay is located in an auxiliary relay box under the instrument panel next to the steering wheel shaft. The size of the box is about 3x5x2 and it has 8 relays in it.

The 1998 Lincoln Navigator trailer turn signal fuse will be in the fuse box. The trailer turn signal fuse will be one of the auxiliary fuses at the bottom of the second column.
Your fuse box is on the drivers side behind a panel. Don't forget you also have a relay box under the hood towards the back firewall
The wiper relay on a discover II is on the fuse box under the steering wheel. It is however an integral part of the fuse box and is not a replaceable unit. The fuse-box will have to be replaced. Wipers also use the auxiliary relay. This is R7 and is located in the engine compartment fuse-box. Try replacing this with another relay of the same value from this fuse-box (temporarily) and see if your problem disappears.
