In Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire, Dive is one of the HMs so once you earn it, it will be found. If you want this move on Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, or SoulSilver, you should migrate a Pokémon holding the HM dive to any of the games I listed, take the item from the Pokémon and now you should have the HM dive in your inventory. Hope I helped!
Once they have enough body points they will dive on their own. You can't control it or teach them.
You get the abilty to use the move Dive from Tate and Liza in Mossdeep and then you can teach your Pokemon to Dive! X3 POKEMON-1001
You need to get the TM dive.
you have to teach it to a water Pokemon and then go to Pokemon, select the Pokemon you taught it to and you can dive.
you need to use a water type pokemon and teach it dive or use action replay
You cannot get HM Dive in Pokémon LeafGreen.Since Dive is not an HM in leafgreen the only way to get one of your Pokemon to learn Dive is to trade it to ruby, sapphire or emerald then teach it Dive using the HM then trade it back to leafgreen.

None. You get the HM move Dive from Steven in Mossdeep City. You have to have the Mossdeep Gym Bagde to use it though.
You have to teach a water type Pokemon dive. You receive the HM "dive" in Mossdeep City after you defeat Magmas at the Mossdeep Space Centre. You have to go to Steven's house, I believe.
teach it to a water Pokemon and search for dark areas in the sea
