In most editions of "Night" by Elie Wiesel, page 23 falls within the first chapter of the book. This chapter sets the stage for the story by introducing the main characters and detailing the protagonist's relationship with his faith before the Holocaust.
Tzipora Wisel was from Siget, Hungary.
The main character in "Night" by Elie Wiesel is Eliezer, a Jewish teenager who experiences the horrors of the Holocaust during World War II. Eliezer narrates his story of survival in Nazi concentration camps, grappling with his faith and humanity in the face of unimaginable atrocities.
Tzipora Wiesel was born in Sighet, Transylvania (now part of Romania). She was the youngest sister of Elie Wiesel, a Holocaust survivor and Nobel laureate known for his memoir "Night." Tzipora tragically perished in a concentration camp during World War II.
Jews are still emotially (and some Physically,) Scarred forever by the Holocaust. That is, the ones that survived. They are either very old, or have passed away due to disease, or old age. Those who have made it,however, are either dead or have accomplished a sucsessful life. Just think of Elie Wisel.
They didn't have nice clothes, they had goofy, Prisoner looking clothes. Acording to Hitler, He brainwashed everyone into thinking that the Jews weren't people. They were filthy, discusting, animals. In Elie Wisel's NIGHT, The Jews were running in the dead of night, and the Nazis threw them their clothes. Used and some outgrown/Too small.
Elie Wiesel would still be in shock of everything and wouldn't have had any time to think through clearly about what he and a lot of other people went through. That and he was probably not able to afford to write books since he came and left the camps with nothing.
