The evap canister on the 2003 Trailblazer is located on a bracket near the fuel tank and is almost touching the under-body of the vehicle.
P0466 is a code for EVAP leak. Could be a simple as a bad/loose gas cap. Or is could be a purge valve on the engine or even the canister close valve on the fuel tank.
It's my guess that it is the EVAP charcoal canister.
