You can fish for Feebas (not Feebass) on the pool of water in Mt. Coronet's chambers leading to Route 216. Check every water tile - EVERY water tile. Only four of these tiles are where Feebas can be fished with the Super Rod, and these tiles change places every day with the trendy phrase at Snowpoint City.
