On a sticker inside the drivers door jam, top of frame rail, drivers side under hood, or under a panel on the dash, passenger side, in the area a glove box would be.
It is located on the frame on the driver's side just forward of the gas tank.

The 1999 General Motors/Buick Century has its electronic horns in standard locations on the front of the vehicle. They will be located behind and under the front frame, aft of the bumper assembly.
The engine number (the last eight numbers of the vehicle identification number) is stamped on the engine block, transmission and frame.
Mine is on the right side rear frame, near the rear tire.
The serial number is located on the neck of the frame underneath the front number plate. The numbers should be stamped in on the right (or Throttle) side of the neck. Remove the three bolts that attach the number plate and look between the fork tube and the frame.
