There is not a fuel cutoff switch or button on a Chevrolet.
No it does not. Only ford used a Inertia switch / cut off switch.
General Motors products do not use inertia/reset switches
There is an inertia switch / fuel cutoff switch in behind the trunk liner , on the left side of the trunk ( there is an access hole )
i presume you are refering to the inertia fuel cutoff switch. it is located next to the air ride cutoff swithch in the trunk
It does not have an Inertia switch, Only for used them. You will need to remove the fuel pump relay or fuel pump fuse to shut the fuel pump off.
If you are talking about a fuel pump inertia switch, Chevrolet doesn't use those. That's a Ford thing.
To reset the fuel cutoff switch you press down on the button.
It's in the passenger footwell by the kick panel
Some vehicles are not equipped with a fuel cutoff switch. A 2000 GMC Jimmy is an example of a vehicle that does have a fuel cutoff switch.
There is no fuel cutoff inertia switch on a GM vehicle.
