The fuel pressure regulator is located under the upper intake plenum, attached to what is sometimes referred to as "the spider".
It is not uncommon to find one or more of the individual plastic lines have cracked due to being exposed to the heat under the upper plenum or for the regulator to leak, flooding the manifold.
