Unfortunately, I can only tell you where the relay is located on a 1990 1.5 Plymouth colt hatchback. Perhaps they are the same. As far as I know the relay that controls the fuel pump is in something the manual calls a MPI Control Relay (Multi-Point Injection). This relay seems to handle a couple of different things and I believe it is located almost directly behind the ash tray, below the radio, etc. On my car, if you take out the ash trash you can see a small golden can directly behind it, held in with one screw. That's the relay. that's not the fuel pump relay. that is the fuel injection relay.
The 1992 Plymouth Cold ignition switch is held in place by a retaining ring. Remove the retaining ring at the top of the ignition switch. Pull the ignition switch out. Remove the wiring harness from the ignition switch. Reverse the process to install the new ignition switch.
The starter on the 1993 Plymouth Colt is mounted on the back side of the engine (by the firewall), and below the intake manifold.

It is located under the center console under the heater controls. Its a small metal box with a 8 wire plug.
Yes it does. should be locaed behind radio Usually one bolt to take out looks like a metal casing. The fuel pump relay is a all in one relay. fuel pump, ignition, pcm all in one.
