I have a 1992 Plymouth Laser RS 2.0 and the EFI (fuel pump relay) is located under the console to the right and bottom of the ECU as your sitting in the drivers seat. OK... did it myself. Thanks wiki.. not! lol I took my main fuse box out, traced the wires to my headlamp, and found a spot of bare wire. I meticulously wrapped the wire in electrical tape and.... no more blown fuses and headlight function.
