You need to disconnect the fuel line, at the filter by the tank, and drop the fuel tank. Careful of the wiring to the pump.
Inside the tank.
its near the battery and it is a black box with 2 wiring plugs underneath it.
Inside the fuel tank.
It is inside of the fuel tank.
its connected to the fuelpump in the gas tank!
disconnect from switches and pull them out!

The fuel pump is inside the fuel tank.
Here's what the service manual reads: Powertrain Control Module (PCM) 1. Disconnect battery ground. 2. Remove air cleaner assembly. 3. Remove wiring harness retaining bolt and wiring connector cover. 4. Disconnect the wiring harness. 5. Remove the retaining nuts and the PCM.
Starter replacement is fairly simple. Located on pasenger side, access from under the car. Disconnect battery first, disconnect wiring to starter, then remove 2 bolts holding starter to engine case. Install new starter, reassemble in reverese order.
