On a E39 model year 1997 to 2003 there is two. One in the trunk behind the flip down panel on the right side and the other is in the glove box.

No. They are two completely different body styles (E46 chassis for the 325i and E39 for the 528i). Their engines are also very different (M56B25 for the 325i, and M52B28 for the 528i)

bmw e39 fuel tank capacity
You don't specify what year. E34 5er the battery is under the rear seat. E39 and E60 is in the trunk behind a panel on the left side.
BMW E39 Scheinwurfer' means BMW E39 headlight or headlamp. It is the make and model of a headlight that is used in certain BMW models. It can be bought from any BMW dealership.
In some BMW's you will find a second fuse box in the trunk, behind the carpet on the right hand side wall. This applies to BMW's with the battery located in the trunk, on the right hand side. You have to look UP, near the top to see the fuse box. This MAY NOT apply to all BMW's tho, but definitely E38 7 Series, and E39 5 Series have a secondary fuse box in this location.
some in the trunk right side, some under the hood rear right side under hvac filter box in a white box and others on the back of fuse box in glove compartment and the fsu fuse for the heater in the left side of the glove compartment.
I would imagine it depends on your chassis. For the E39 (5-series 1995-2003), there are two different belts for the ac and alternator. One runs the A/C Compressor and the other runs the Alternator, Water Pump and Power Steering. Here's a link with a good belt diagram for the E39: http://bimmerboard.com/members/cn/E39-drivebelt.jpg
