The fuse for the power windows is on the fuse block.
The fuse C914 is for the power window relay. It is located in the fuse box under the driver's dashboard.
The power windows are on a separate fuse from the CD Player or Dome light. The Power Windows are fuse # 61 or 62 (it is actually a circut breaker). Not sure which fuse runs the Dome light or CD player. The full fuse diagram is found in your owner's manual.

Power windows normally use a breaker, not a fuse.
In the fusebox. Your owners manual (and possibly the cover of the fusebox) should have a diagram telling you which specific fuse it is.
