once you defeat dim sun blah de blah, you go to hipowdon temple and he should be in the last room before you jump into the entrance to cresselia fight place. good luck! ps u can use him to get regirock (get a floatzel, go to vien forest, travel on river to one of the docks up it- cant rmember which one sorry!- and a statue will be in a little cave. use garchomp on it and regirock will appear!
