Giratina is at Turnback Cave (just off of Route 214). A gap in the trees appears at Route 214 after you defeat the Elite 4. Look at your Town Map after beating the Elite 4-- you should see 'the 4th lake of Sinnoh that was kept secret' by Route 214. Good luck battling Giritina- he is at level 70.
