To catch a Gligar, you must go to Route 207 and use the Pokeradar in the grass.
It's worth it...
but you also need the National Dex to obtain it.
Or you can just find it at night at rt.207 without the pokeradar

Or if you go to route 207 at night u have a better chance of getting him without pokeradar.And ya need a national pokedex.

The Razor Fang item is not available in Pokemon XD:Gale of Darkness. This is due to Pokemon XD:Gale of Darkness being released before Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. Gligar's evolved form didn't exist until Diamond and Pearl's release so it's impossible to evolve Gligar in Pokemon XD.
