Where can i get a razor fangt in Pokemon diamond because i want to evolve my gligar but i can't find one.?

The Razor Fang item is not available in Pokemon XD:Gale of Darkness. This is due to Pokemon XD:Gale of Darkness being released before Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. Gligar's evolved form didn't exist until Diamond and Pearl's release so it's impossible to evolve Gligar in Pokemon XD.
