under the scuttle which is the plastic trim at the bottom of the windscreen where the wiper arms are , Take the trim off on the right hand side (drivers side English vehicle) you can now see the heater blower motor box ,the resistor fits to this box and will probably be mounted round the back of it where you cannot see, it should have a 7 or 8mm headed screw holding it in place, don't forget to disconnect the wiring to the resistor you release it by sliding plastic retainer sideways which then releases the wiring plug, then disconnect wiring from resistor to the motor.

The blower is located under the the passenger side dash. The resistor should be on the left side of the housing.
If you are referring to the blower motor resistor, it is located behind the glove box and in the heater case.

The blower motor resistor pack is bad.
If yourtalking about the heater blower, I believe they are hidden behind the glove box inner liner.
