The horn fuse is located in the fuse box under the hood on the driver's side of the car. It is a little black box that states fuses and relays close to the bumper. Remove the screw and you will see the relays and fuses. Do not be surprised if the fuse is missing or not blown if the car is new to you. In 1996 the camaro had a problem with the horn that was in the switch on the steering wheel. The contacts would get worn and the switch would engage which would blow the horn continuously. Many people just either pulled the fuse or disconnected the horn.
