It does not have one. It don't even have a distributor in it.
You either have a bad cam sensor or crank sensor if it's not firing.

The ignition control module on a 2001 Ford Mustang 3.8 can be found in the engine compartment near the fire wall. The module is located in a small, water resistant box along with several fuses.
The ignition control module is located on the left side of the engine, it is what the coil packs are attached to. If you remove both coil packs and unplug the two connections it will come right off.
