It is in the fuse panel. It is the ignition fuse that goes bad and keeps the truck from firing.
there is a retract control relay, i don't know where it is but look at the fuse/relay boxes under the hood, it should be marked

Yup, the bell housings are exactly the same.
If the 1990 Chevy Lumina is blowing the DIS 10 Amp fuse when the ignition is on, check to make sure that all wires coming from this fuse are grounded properly. Also check to make sure the starter is wired properly. There could also be a loose wire in the dash near the ignition.
is it an st or a GT i know that the fuse for the inside light,clock, and radio is in the fuse box next to the car battery
