There isn't a relay, but there are interior light fuse located in the passenger side of the dashboard. The panel can be accessed with the door open. If the bulb and fuse are ok, the wiring to/ or the BCM(body control module) is damaged. The BCM is located under the driver's side dashboard.

The 2001 Buick Century brake light switch is located beneath the dashboard, on the drivers side. The brake light switch should be labeled as such.
The switch to turn the interior light on and off on the R Reg Tigra is located on the headlight switch. Push the switch in to turn on the interior lights.
