to get beldum you have to beat the Pokemon league, after you beat the Pokemon league you go to moss-deep city and go to Steven's house. it is on the left side of moss-deep city .when you are in the house you see a poke-ball on a table you get poke ball and beldum is in it so that's how you get beldum.
PS. the beldum is a lv.5.

∙ 12y agoBeldum can only be obtained after defeating the elite four.
Once the elite four have been defeated fly to Mossdeep City and enter the house north-west of the Pokemon centre.
Within is a note from Steven and a Pokeball containing Beldum (ensure you have space in your party before collecting Beldum)
