The Judicial branch is not located in one specific place. The Judicial branch refers to the federal constitutional courts that are spread out across the country and US territories.

There are three different kinds of courts found in the federal court system. The lowest level is the district courts. The second level is the court of appeals. The top level is the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is the leader of the Judicial Branch and is located in Washington, DC.
