The fuse box in most cars and INCLUDING my 98 infiniti q45 is located by the feet of the driver.
For the Q45 it is to the left of the parking brake.
Look and you will see only one hatch covering the fuse box.
It is also shown in your Manual.

How do you find a fuse without the manual?
there is a diagram of the fuse location on the fuse panel cover of both the cabin fuse panel and the engine compartment one. If you cant find or read them you could just pull fuses until and look to see if they are burned out.

Refer to the owner's manual, or remove the cabin fuse box cover and look at it. The cover lists all the fuses and their rating (amperage). The cabin fuse box is on the driver's side under the dashboard, close to the kick panel. Move down and forward from the hood release.
