Anywhere but Bouffant Bay, where it is cheap. Preferably, sell medicine at Parrot Port or Golden Harbor.

The clockwise trading scheme :

Buy silk cheaply at Dragon Cove and sell for much more at Bouffant Bay.

Buy medicine cheaply at Bouffant Bay and sell for much more at Parrot Port or Golden Harbor.

Buy grain cheaply at Golden Harbor and sell for much more at the Pirate outpost.

Buy spice cheaply at the Pirate Outpost and sell for much more at Dragon Cove.

How do you get the second boat on Skullduggery Island?

Boats are sold at the Ship Shape shipbuilders at Dragon Cove. Once you have 3000 doubloons, you can get the Jimmy Rigger to replace your raft. As you get more doubloons, you can buy larger ships, that are faster, stronger, and have more cannon. (You actually only need to salvage 1500 doubloons, as you can borrow 1500 more from the Golden Harbor Bank. Be sure to repay the loan, with interest, so that you can get larger ships.)

How do you get grain and spice and medicine and silk on Skullduggery Island?

These are the 4 cargoes you will trade once you have a ship. When you collect salvage from the sea, or dead sea monsters, or sunken pirates, it will be partly in doubloons, and partly in assortments of these cargoes. You can continue to collect cargo as long as you have space in your hold. Each of the types of cargo is bought and sold at the 5 trading islands. Ideally, you should buy where it is cheap and sell where it is more expensive. This is the second way, other than salvage, that you accumulate wealth in doubloons.

How do you get more money on skullduggery island?

It took me a couple hours to get the best ship. Like a lot of people's suggestions buy cheap from one island and sell high to the next. I only sold to Parrot Port and didn't buy from there because everything was over twenty doubloons. If something is over 20 doubloons don't buy it. I first saved up $30,000 to buy that ship because then you have a ship with plenty of cargo, faster speed, and cannons. After that it takes no time at all to get money because you have so much space. Trust me, you'll get plenty of money because you can defeat creatures and sell more. Good luck! If you sell your cargo at Parrot Port (the island just right of Fort Ridely island)you can get more doubloons (money on skullduggery island)and get more doubloons. One time I almost got my cargo limit full and then,I sold all my cargo and got into the thousands with just one unit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where does silk cost the most on Skullduggery Island?

It has the highest price at Bouffant Bay, averaging 32 to 40.

How do you get a lot of doubloons on skullduggery island?

Sea Monsters and PiratesSinking a sea monster or pirate is a good way to get a LOT of doubloons, but it is risky unless you are very good at it. You will lose some of your doubloons if you are sunk. Generally, the sea creatures attack at the left side and above Dragon Cove. So once you have 2 or more cannon, you can hunt them there. Note that smaller ships will fill the cargo completely with just one creature. Beware of multiple attacks by creatures and ships. You can sometimes sink a large pirate ship on the reefs below Golden Harbor, if you maneuver them into the narrow channels. But you need a fairly large vessel to pick up all the available salvage.Trading The CargoThe other way to get doubloons while sailing on Skullduggery Island is by trading. Salvage is just found in the water, and can be sold on any island. Trading involves buying a cargo cheaply on one island and selling it for more on another.Silk is bought cheaply at Dragon Cove and sold for much more at Bouffant Bay.Medicine is bought cheaply at Bouffant Bay and sold for much more at Parrot Port or Golden Harbor.Grain is bought cheaply at Golden Harbor and sold for much more at the Pirate Outpost.Spice is bought cheaply at the Pirate Outpost and sold for much more at Dragon Cove.

How do you earn money on Skullduggery Island?

Your wealth consists of doubloons and cargo, which can be bought and sold. You can "salvage" doubloons and cargo found floating in the sea. You can also trade by buying cargo at a cheap price at one port, then selling it at a higher price in another port. This "circular trade route" will provide most of the money you earn.Silk is bought cheaply at Dragon Cove (upper left), and sold at nearly double your cost at Bouffant Bay to the right.Medicine is bought cheaply at Bouffant Bay (upper middle) and sold at Parrot Port to the south. There is nothing cheap at Parrot Port.Grain is bought cheaply at Golden Harbor (lower right) and sold at Pirate Outpost to the left.Spices are bought cheaply at Pirate Outpost (lower left) and sold at Dragon Cove to the far north.

What is a doubloon used for on horseisle?

What do you do after you find the map pieces on Skullduggery Island?

Put the five pieces together, and a sixth outlying island will appear (it is named, aptly enough, Skullduggery). Not only does it appear on the maps, but you can now go there, where it was previously open ocean. The more time-consuming activity is earning doubloons by salvage or trading. The most profitable route is a clockwise one : Dragon Cove --> Bouffant Bay --> Parrot Port --> Golden Harbor --> Pirate Outpost and back to Dragon Cove. This is because each of the four cargoes has someplace where it is very cheap, and someplace where it can be sold for much more. (You can leave out Parrot Port if you like because nothing there is very cheap to buy.) Once you have the most powerful ship, the Phoenix Warbird, you can challenge Captain Crawfish. Chasing him off will let you get the Buried Treasure location from the Governor. (It is on Skullduggery, the new island, but cannot be found until then.)

How do you get more doubloons fast on Skullduggery Island?

Sea Monsters and PiratesSinking a sea monster or pirate with your cannon is a good way to get a LOT of doubloons, but it is risky unless you are very good at it. You will lose some of your doubloons if you are sunk. Generally, the sea creatures attack at the left of and above Dragon Cove. So once you have 2 or more cannon, you can hunt them there. Note that smaller ships will fill the cargo completely with just one creature. Beware of multiple attacks by creatures and ships.---You normally earn doubloons on Skullduggery Island in two ways. The first is by "salvage" when you come across random floating items in the sea. These are more numerous around sunken ships. Collecting them, however, is not without peril because sea monsters and pirate ships are more likely to attack the longer you spend away from an island. (see above for sinking sea creatures)The second, which is ultimately more important, is by trading among the islands. You buy one of the four types of cargo with your doubloons, then carry them to another island to sell at a higher price. With larger ships, the amount of profit gets substantially larger. You can borrow money from the Golden Harbor Bank, but only an amount equal to your current worth, and it must be paid back with interest.(The only action taken to enforce its repayment is that an overdue loan prevents you from buying a larger ship.)The Circular Trading RouteTravel clockwise around the islands. Except for Parrot Port, one kind of cargo is always cheaper in a port. (The profit on goods from Parrot Port is comparatively small.)Silk is bought cheaply at Dragon Cove (upper left), and sold at nearly double your cost at Bouffant Bay to the right.Medicine is bought cheaply at Bouffant Bay (upper middle) and sold at Parrot Port to the south. There is nothing very cheap at Parrot Port.Grain is bought cheaply at Golden Harbor (lower right) and sold at Pirate Outpost to the left.Spices are bought cheaply at Pirate Outpost (lower left) and sold at Dragon Cove to the far north.

How do you get enough doubloons to buy a warship on Skullduggery Island?

You will upgrade to a larger ship several times during the game. Collect salvage from the water, especially above Dragon Cove and between Parrot Port and Golden Harbor. But beware of pirates and sea monsters. (You will lose some doubloons and cargo if you are sunk.)The first ship, the Jimmy Rigger costs only 3000 doubloons. By collecting salvage, and then trading among the islands, you can easily reach 1500 doubloons, and then borrow 1500 from the Golden Harbor bank. Buy new ships at Dragon Cove (existing ships only have a small trade-in value). The Clockwise Trading Route (buy cheap and sell for more)Silk is bought cheaply at Dragon Cove and sold for much more at Bouffant Bay.Medicine is bought cheaply at Bouffant Bay and sold for much more at Parrot Port or Golden Harbor.Grain is bought cheaply at Golden Harbor and sold for much more at the Pirate Outpost.Spice is bought cheaply at the Pirate Outpost and sold for much more at Dragon Cove.(*prices go up and down slightly, but these are always very profitable)Sea Creatures and Pirate ShipsOnce you have a cannon or two, you can hunt sea creatures around Dragon Cove, or pirates between the Pirate Outpost and Golden Harbor (bottom of map). If you are sunk, you lose some doubloons and cargo. If they are sunk, a large quantity of salvage will appear at that spot, enough to fill most of your smaller ships.Repay Your Loans and Use Your CreditIf you have a past due loan from the Golden Harbor Bank, you cannot buy a larger ship until it is repaid. You can only have one loan at a time, but it can be for up to your total worth in doubloons and cargo. (A final loan, for the Phoenix Warbird, does not have to be repaid.)
