You need to start the dragon slayer quest. To start that quest you need 33 quest points. Speak to the guy in the champions guild either he or a guy called oziach in edgeville will give you the key.

Unlock the door and kill a rat for the coloured key. Open the north-west door and climb up the ladder to the ghosts. Kill the ghosts for an orange key, and open the middle door. Kill the skeletons for the yellow key and open the far door to the right. Climb down the stairs and kill the other skeletons for the blue key for the door that faces Melzar. go and fight Melzar ( he;s not that hard, he summons cabbages. ) and you will get the purple key. Then finally, kill the lesser demon and open the chest, and you will get the map piece.
