Where is mission 1 in Club Penguin?

If you mean Mission 1 on Club Penguin and not on Elite Penguin Force, then you'll have to be an agent. Don't worry, you do not have to be a member. You'll just have to be at least 30 days old. When you are, click on the "M" sign on the top right part of the playing screen (not the whole computer screen). Then click "Become an Agent" and do the quiz. If you pass the quiz, you'll become an agent and be given an agent spy phone. Open the spy phone and click "Visit HQ" on the phone. You will be transported to the agent HQ. Explore around for a while, read the F.I.S.H book (there is spy equipment in the book but you can only buy them if you are a member, sorry!) and when you are ready, click on "Mission Ready" above the F.I.S.H book and you will be given a list of missions you can do. Mission 1 is at the top of the list. Click on it and click "Start Mission". Have fun and good luck! If you're saying Mission 1 on Elite Penguin Force, then, sorry! I can't help you with that as I do not have it. Ask around and eventually, you'll get an answer.
