Dodge doesn't use inertia switches, the fuel system is computer controlled with relays.
There are two under the rear seat cushion. The electric pump is on the driver side, the siphon pump is on the passenger side.

There are access plates under the rear seat to access the left and right side fuel pump modules.
on my 68 charger it is in line between fuel pump & carburator
