Around 40 psi hot and 50-60 psi cold.
Oil pressure test. If you have a gage it should read around 40 psi when hot.
A jaguar can run up to 40 miles per hour
In a stock PW80, there is no need to mix oil with the fuel. The oil is injected into the carburetor throat by the oil pump. The factory ratio is estimated to be about 24:1, which is quite rich. On bikes with the oil pump disabled, ratios as lean as 40:1 have been tried with success. The optimum ratio will ultimately depend on the elevation and the jetting used There is an oil tank under the seat
Check the oil filter for a clog. The oil pump screen could be clogged or the pump could be starting to fail.
Around 40-45 dependent upon viscosity. Higher if high volume pump.
I don't think it would hurt anything if you did that, but just to be safe I would block it off. They make an oil pump block-off plate kit that you should install in place of the oil pump. It's an easy job.. just remove the two bolts that are holding the oil pump on and the block-off plate just bolts right on where the pump was. Then you can start running the gas and oil premixed in the gas tank (40:1).

Worn oil pump or worn engine bearings.
Because a jaguar is fast the navigation can take it up to 30 or 40 mph.
