The OBDII (On Board Diagnostic II) is located under the dash by your left foot... Saailer
It is under the dash on the driver side.
In the da board
The port for the On Board Diagnostic (OBD) computer is about 6 inches below the parking brake release on the driver's left. It is behind a panel marked OBD-DCS.

Under the dash board, exactly in the middel. You need to remove the dash board compleately to get to it.
Under the fllor board passenger side eith by the ECU or behind the kick panel.
Im not sure what sort of diagnostic port this vehicle would have, if any. Todays OBD (on board diagnostics) are all designed to be accesible to the driver whilst in the drivers seat, although yours probably wasnt built with this standard practice in effect.Some vehicles diagnostic port tends to be near to the fuse/relay box.
The fuse boxes are located on the drivers side at the bottom of the dash board, and in the engine compartment by the battery.
The computer (ecm) is under the passenger floor board under the carpet. will have to remove medal cover.
If i remember correctly that code is a result of either running the vehicle with gas cap off or not fully tightened at least 3 clicks.
The fuse box on a 2004 Toyota Sienna is located between the hood release and the steering column. It can readily be accessed by the driver from the floor board.
