It is the sensor below the catalytic converter.

It is behind the engine, after the catalyst.
on cylinder 1 side mounted on the manifold
bank #1 sensor #2 is the oxygen sensor that is past the catalytic convertor(some mechanics call it the downstream sensor)the sensor is located between the convertor and muffler you can use a 7/8 wrench or a oxygen sensor socket if you have one
Bank 2 is the passenger side exhaust pipe and sensor 2 will be the closest sensor to the converter.
Bank 2 is the drivers side of your V6 or V8 engine in a 1997 Ford F-150
It's on the back of the engine, left side. (O2 rear sensor)
