You probably mean the Print Screen button, sometime abbreviated Prt Scr.
It varies by keyboard, but a typical desktop 103-key keyboard has it in the cluster at the end to the right of the function keys above the dedicated cluster of "arrow" keys.

You can if you have a cp all you have to do is hold the PrtSc button and the Ctrl button then go to the open document and there it is.
On your keyboard their should be a "PrtSc/SysRq" button which, when pressed, will take a screen shot.
If the laptop has a fn button that's the function button some models have it and some don't. You should also see a button that says prtsc meaning print screen press the fn key and hit the prtsc button. That will copy the screen shot to the clip board. Open ms paint or word and paste it in by hitting ctrl v
