If is like the 98 park I just worked on, it is over on the driver's side of the radiator. There is a hole in the plastic belly pan about 1.25 inches diameter and the drain plug is above the hole about 2 inches. It is a plastic plug. Your will need a socket (18 or 19 mm, don't remember) and an extension. You can see it though the grill openings on the lowere part of the fascia.
