If it has one it will be located on the bottom of the radiator. If not, then just remove the lower hose to drain the radiator.
i know on my 95 theres a simple drain plug built in to the radiator on the bottom on the pass. side. I think its a plastic 10 mm bolt.
It is on the bottom of the radiator. Sometimes it is easier to remove the lower radiator hose.
May be a plug located at the bottom or rear of radiator Lean over the front bumper and look at the rad, go to the right side if the rad and look at the bottom corner area, the drain should be located there. That's where it is on my 93.
17MM
My 93 only had a pan and no drain plug. I had to remove 14 screws and drop the pan.
At the bottom or rear lower section of the radiator
Bottom of the oil pan.

I am trying to find drain plug on 93 flh.
Sorry, as far as I know there is no drain plug for the converter. According to the service manual, the drain plug is located on the converter assembly. Just looked at my spare transmission from the 93 Grand Marquis and I can see the plug on the converter assembly. Turning the assembly will rotate the drain plug to the converter housing access plug which is visible from under the vehicle. Hope this helps.
Drain plug is located on the oil pan. Never heard of a oil leak pin.
