Under the dash, next to the head light switch - Australia model
95 Sea Doo XP =85hp 95/96 Sea Doo XP (special edition Yellow Hull)=110hp I have owned both and there is a huge difference! However, I currently own the 85HP and it's still very impressive.
Don't know '63 but know '65 well. In XP it is connected to the headlight switch. You have to put one hand behind dash to find. There is a button on the passenger side of the fuse box behind the h'light switch. Press that in and pull h'light stalk completely out/off. Then you have to hold the fuse box and unscrew the headlight bezel. Fuse Box is then yours to play with. Once you've done what you have to do, screw bezel back on, but be sure that box is aligned properly with notch in dash (should be on driver side of hole in dash). If you don't, electrics won't work properly and h'light stalk will not lock/stay in.

if i am not mistaken an xp machine is only a 2 seater, if you want to tow leagaly you have to have a spot for the operator, spoter and tube rider. i pull my tube with an 02 gti with only 85hp. your xp has about 130hp? if you want to tow i don't see a problem but watch out for the water cops. HAVE FUN AND TUBE SAFE!!!
If you don't have a ski attachment which you probaly don't you can tie it to the handle on the back of the jet ski, if they are on either side of the seat I recommend buying a double attachment rope where you can attach the rope to two spots to prevent all the weight from staying on one point, when you turn or to prevent the seadoo from pulling to one side...
