Don't know '63 but know '65 well. In XP it is connected to the headlight switch. You have to put one hand behind dash to find. There is a button on the passenger side of the fuse box behind the h'light switch. Press that in and pull h'light stalk completely out/off. Then you have to hold the fuse box and unscrew the headlight bezel. Fuse Box is then yours to play with.
Once you've done what you have to do, screw bezel back on, but be sure that box is aligned properly with notch in dash (should be on driver side of hole in dash). If you don't, electrics won't work properly and h'light stalk will not lock/stay in.
2345lbs for the Futura, slightly less in basic trim.
Can you use the alternator from an EA ford falcon sedan 89 model to put in a EB ford falcon sedan 91 model?

The Ford Falcon was in production from 1960 to 1963 which was just the first generation of cars. The second generation was in production from 1964 to 1965 when they stopped the production.
a 1962 Ford Falcon Futura 2 door sedan in a low retail situation could be worth $2500. In poor condition, probably $500 to $1500.
It's a small silvery cylinder behind / under the dasboard.
no frame uniboby Yes you have to remove the spot welds holding the roof and rear quarter panels, then remove the rear seat suport and replace the rocker panels as they are stronger than the ones on aq sedan. Then there is the front windshield you can take the ones from a convertable and weld them to the firewall ans dash metal being very carful as this is the basis for all the matching parts of the convertable this can be done as I did it to a mustang /unibody / and have replaced a rear quarter panel and roof on a falcon good luck and be patiant.
