A snubbull can be found in lots of places, But you need to go to sandgem town and talk to dawn or Lucas sister to do so. She will say something like,"What did the news say again? oh yeah there were a bunch of snubbull on route 218!" Or something along those lines but it probably won't be a snubbull. It might be a likitung or other rare pokemon! So go talk to her everyday and you will eventually find her saying somehting about snubbull. or you can watch on tv. and they might say something about snubbull! You never know! Hope this helped you!
