you flip outside merlon's house and proceed out of down town flipside. you find a pipe with bricks capping its top. you break the bricks with the help of a pixi. you go down the pipe and look for a high wall. then you use slim to get through the wall. then your there.

∙ 13y agoGo to the flipside outskirts, go down the pipe, go left, blow up the pipe with boomer, to the room with spring dudes, all the way to the right, you'll see the heart pllar, go to 3-D, turn thin with slim and go through the hole to the heart pillar. Hope you find it ok.
