There ABSOLUTELY is a drain for the AC evaporator condensate! It is located on the lower firewall on the passenger side.
Open the hood, stand by the front wheel (passenger side). You will have to look diagonally down, from above the air cleaner housing. Use a flashlight, as it is dark in that area and the tube is hard to distinguish. You are looking for a short tube, about 2-1/2 inches long and about 1' in diameter. (I have an '02 T&C)

The condensate drain in any Suzuki must be kept clear of blockage in order for your cooling system's drainage to run outside of the car, as opposed to backing up and leaking into your car. It is located on the passenger side near where your feet would rest. In a Suzuki XL7, the condensate drain is located underneath the glovebox, and the hose runs through the firewall into the engine compartment to drain condensation onto the ground.
