Yes it will, the only difference is that the SC300 is a 6 cyl. and the SC400 is a V8, the body is the same for both.

There are two distributors on the SC400 and you have to remove the covers that are on each side on the front of the engine so you have to remove more pieces on the passenger side of the engine, may take around 2 hours to do.
I'm not sure on the Gs300 Lexus, but I have a 92 sc400 and there are 2 screws on both sides of the fuse that have to be removed before it can be taken out. Never try to force it, it will break. Hope this helps you
If you have to ask this question, you shouldn't be making performance mods to your car yourself. Take it to a performance shop (a good one, not a cheap shady one) and have them do it.
Definitely a radiator hose leak or the rad leaking itself, check all hose connections and try to see where the leak is coming from.
