I found it near the bottom left side firewall (driverside) when you get underneath you can see where the fan wire goes to it. Its a small plastic and metal piece that attaches with two tiny bolts. It was also quite expensive to purchase 60.00. After about 2 hours of trying to get the tiny bolts off with vertually no room to work in I just broke off the female and male plastic sleeves from the metal backing. I just reattched the new part to another place on the frame with plastic ties.
