First disconnect the battery. The EMC is located on the floor board in front of the console but behind the firewall, it's under the black plastic cover. To ge to it the carpet needs to folded down on both sides of the console tunnel and two bolts need to be removed. Then disconnect the three plugs and remove a separate plug from below the ECM. There are several screws that attach the black plastic cover to the ECM and there are also several serews that attach the mounting brackets to the ECM. Be mindful of the different length screws that attach the front cover to the ECM, they are the longer ones. I hope this helps someone.
