You have a pressure/return type fuel system, correct?
You may need to remove the upper intake to gain access if this is a 3400 engine. Look for the fuel rails. These are the two metal rails (oriented horizontally) each of which sits atop the three fuel injectors. Along the forward rail you will see at the end of it closest to the driver's side a small cylindrical object with a vacuum hose attached. Remove the vacuum hose and the metal mounting clip and the regulator will come off.
If this were a returnless system the regulator would be a part of the fuel pump assembly or no regulator would be used.
