Where is the Fuse panel 1990 1991 1992 Ford Explorer?
The Explorer was introduced in 1991. In the 1991 and 1992 Explorers the fuse panel is underneath the dashboard between the steering column and the driver's door.

Answer . i just did the speakers in my 91 explorer and all i did was take the one screw out of the top right corner pulled down on the panel til i seen the first little grommet give way inside the door panel then i took a flat head screw driver and pryed it off once i had it off i replaced the gr…ommets it left behind put them in the door panel it self and then push it back together......this might be the caveman way of doing things but it worked for me ( Full Answer )

Answer . \nThere is no access panel. You basically stand on your head, and look straight up past the park brake pedal to see the inside fuse panel. The under hood fuse panel is on the left fender skirt, under the hood, beside the brake master cylinder.

The Fuse panel is located on the left side of the dash. You can only see it with the driver's door open. In your owner's manual is the diagram that shows which number is what. Also, the fuse distribution box is under the hood in the back right if your facing your engine.

just get a test light turn the ignition to the on position and check them all until you find the blown ones
follow the steering colum down under the dash, there should be four (4) twist locks. & then the panel will drop down allowing access to fuse panel. Hope this helps
No ,do you not have an owners manual ? go to autozone and locate a clymers repair manual that may help with this and other issues later.
It is under the dash between the steering wheel and the driver's door. Many are mounted on a hinge that allows them to fold down for better access.
