The IAT sensor on an AU2 is known as a T-MAP sensor. It is a Manifold Air Pressure and Air Temp sensor in one. It is located Under the throttle body air intake side, where the rubber bend goes into the throttle body, look under this rubber pipe and you'll see a small black plastic box about 2x2cm with a cable into it at the bottom. (on AU2).
Wiring is pin1/blu-yell = MAP;pin2/or-blk= 5V supply from ecu;pin3/blk-yell= air temp;pin4/blk-white= 0V /gnd.
the intake air temp sensor is in the inlet manifold
